Foresight tool developer internship (AI, automation, LLMs)

We’re looking for an intern to join us as soon as possible, ideally until the end of July, to support the development of a proof of concept for one of our AI-driven foresight tools.

You’ll work side-by-side with our strategy, design, and development team on a mix of real tasks: configuring databases, integrating AI tools, running tests, and documenting your work so others can build on it. It’s a practical role, and a chance to shape something meaningful from the ground up.

This is not just another internship. It’s a hands-on space to explore how AI can support people and organisations to navigate complexity—without falling into techno-solutionism.

If you’re curious, proactive, and like building smart things with smart people, you’ll feel at home here.

We welcome applications from all genders (w/m/d).

What we’re really looking for…

Beyond the CV, we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys what they do. Someone who not only knows how to code, but who thinks critically about their work. Someone who’s excited about the possibilities of AI, but not blinded by the hype…aware of its limits, risks, and contradictions.

We value people who work well in teams—who collaborate without competing, share without fear, and take responsibility without losing their sense of humour.

People who are comfortable with ambiguity, who listen before they speak, and who understand that designing or building something isn’t just about execution—it’s about making sense and creating with purpose.
