Has AI changed the workplace since 2023?

AI in the workplace:
Take part in our AI 2025 survey

Two years ago, we partnered with the Centre for Organisational Creativity to explore how businesses and employees were adapting to AI-driven productivity tools. The results were revealing—knowledge gaps, inconsistent policies, and a mix of excitement and concern about AI’s role in the workplace.

The findings revealed key challenges:

  • Knowledge gaps – Many employees felt unprepared to use AI effectively.
  • Inconsistent policies – Businesses lacked clear AI strategies.
  • Mixed emotions – Excitement and concern coexisted as AI tools reshaped workflows.

Since then, AI has evolved rapidly. With tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and AI copilots becoming workplace staples, it’s time to check in:

Has AI actually improved work, or just made it more complex?

Now, we’re back with a follow-up survey to see what’s changed—and what hasn’t.

  • Have companies improved their AI policies?
  • Do employees feel more confident using AI, or are new challenges emerging?
  • Is AI adoption actually making workplaces more efficient, or just more complex?

We need your input! Our 8-minute anonymous survey will help map AI’s real-world impact and contribute to a publicly available report launching in April.

Why take part?

  • See the bigger picture – Help track how AI adoption has evolved since 2023.
  • Support open knowledge-sharing – Your insights will contribute to a report available to businesses worldwide.
  • Understand AI’s impact – Help identify where AI is empowering employees—and where it’s creating new challenges.
